Automation, data pipeline and technical SEO services

Short answer: Six kinds of work, in the order they are usually asked for: automation and data pipelines, technical SEO, structured data and GEO, small storefronts, site migrations, and a monthly care plan for a site that is already live. Every engagement is fixed-scope, ends with a written handover, and is priced from the ranges on the pricing page. The most requested is the pipeline work: collecting data from sites that offer no export, cleaning it, and filing it where the client can check it.

What does automation work cover?

We build the boring machinery that a business outgrows doing by hand: collecting data from websites and APIs, cleaning it into one shape, storing it somewhere sensible, and running the whole thing on a schedule with alerts when it breaks. Typical builds include price and catalog collectors, order and notification automations, lead lists enriched from public sources, and reporting pipelines that write themselves. The parts that fail in practice (rate limits, layout changes, partial runs, silent errors) are the parts we design for, because we run pipelines of our own every day. You get the source, the run instructions and a documented way to change the schedule without us.

Typical scopes: a single workflow $250–1,000 · multi-step integrations $1,000–3,000 · scraping and enrichment pipelines $700–4,600

What does a technical SEO engagement cover?

This is the work that decides whether anything else you publish can rank: what gets crawled and indexed, whether the page can be rendered, whether the markup means anything, whether the internal links point at the pages you care about. We start from Search Console rather than from opinion (coverage, queries, clicks, per page), and we fix the things whose effect we can re-measure afterwards. Deliverables are a findings list with a priority order, the fixes applied, and a before/after read you can verify yourself in your own account. We do not sell backlinks, and we say so on the pricing page, because that is the part of this industry that produces nothing.

Typical scopes: audits from $400 · remediation scoped per finding · optional monthly measurement

What does AI search visibility involve?

Assistants and AI answer boxes increasingly sit in front of the click, and they quote sources that are unambiguous about who they are and what they claim. We work on that surface: one consistent entity across the site and its profiles, structured data that matches what is actually on the page, pages written so a machine can lift a correct sentence without inventing one. What we will not do is promise that a model will recommend you. Nobody can, and anyone who offers that is guessing. We measure what is measurable: structured-data coverage, entity consistency, and which of your pages are being retrieved and cited.

Typical scope: bundled with technical SEO work, priced per site

Websites & fixes

Building it, moving it, or making it fast. Stores and landing pages for products that need to sell in English; migrations between hosts and platforms that keep the URLs and the rankings intact; performance work on pages that are technically fine but slow enough to lose people. We build plain HTML and PHP by default, because it stays fast, stays cheap to host, and does not depend on a subscription to keep working. Send a URL and we will tell you what we would change before we quote.

Typical scopes: landing pages from $300 · migrations and speed work from $500

Already have a site

What if the problem is the site you already have?

Two jobs start from something that exists. A migration moves a site to a new host, a new platform or a new domain without dropping the URLs that rank, and that includes rebuilding a site that is trapped in a page builder. The care plan is the monthly alternative to re-scoping every fix: monitoring, a one-page report, and at the higher tier four hours of changes a month. Neither requires the other, and neither requires a new build first.

Typical scopes: migrations and speed work from $500 · care plan $90–350 / month, cancelable

What is never included

  • Ad budget, media buying or traffic purchases
  • Backlink packages — we do not buy or sell links
  • Ranking guarantees, or guarantees about what an AI assistant will say
  • Retainers you cannot leave: monitoring is optional and cancelable
