Care plan & maintenance

A care plan for the site you already have

Most sites are not broken. They drift: a feed changes shape, a certificate expires, a form stops delivering without an error. A plan turns that into a known monthly number instead of an emergency.

Care plan. A fixed monthly for keeping a live site from breaking without anyone noticing. The $90 tier watches uptime, scheduled runs, error logs, form deliveries and what the AI crawlers actually fetch, and sends a one-page report each month. The $350 tier adds four hours of changes, fixes caused by third-party breakage, and a monthly re-run of your buyers' questions against the answer engines. Both are cancelable with 30 days notice, and neither is required to get a project built.

What does the plan watch?

The failures worth paying to hear about early are the quiet ones: a run that reports success while writing nothing, a checkout that returns 200 and saves no order, an email that leaves the form and never arrives.

Uptime and pages

The pages that carry the business, checked from outside. A page that answers with an error, or with the right status and the wrong content, is treated as down.

Scheduled work

Every run we built, with its exit status, duration and last successful time. Silence is a failure state, not a pass.

Forms and orders

A test submission once a day, so a broken mail path is found by us rather than by a customer who assumed they had been ignored.

The slow decay

Certificate expiry, dependency updates that change behavior, feeds that changed shape, search coverage that dropped after someone else's deploy.

Answer engines

Which AI crawlers actually fetch your pages, how many pages they take, and whether an assistant still describes you the same way it did last month. The crawl numbers come from the logs, not from a tool's estimate.

What the plan does not watch

No ranking guarantees and no promise about what an assistant will say about you. We can show what was crawled, what was retrieved and who was named when we asked; nobody controls the answer itself.

Tiers

What do the two tiers cost?

Watch$90 / month
Care$350 / month

Both month to month, 30 days notice, nothing renews silently. The full breakdown of each tier is on the pricing page under care plan.

What is in the $350 tier that is not in the $90 one?

  • Four hours of changes a month, unused hours rolling over one month
  • A monthly re-run of your buyers' questions against the answer engines, with who was named
  • A place ahead of new projects in the queue
  • Breakage caused by a third party fixed without a new scope
  • A quarterly review with a written list of what to do next

What is not included?

New features beyond the included hours, ad management, content writing, and migrations. Those are quoted as their own scope, always before the work starts, so a monthly number never turns into an open invoice.

  • No ranking guarantees, and no promises about what an AI assistant will say about you
  • No backlink packages, at any tier
  • No minimum term and no setup fee
Questions

Common questions

What people ask before putting a site on a monthly plan, including the one about getting out of it.

  • What does the care plan actually watch? Uptime of the pages that matter, scheduled runs and their exit status, error logs, form submissions, what the AI crawlers fetch and how many pages they take, and the things that silently change underneath a site: certificate expiry, a feed that changed shape, a platform deprecating something the site depends on. You hear about breakage from us, not from a customer.
  • What counts as a change under the $350 tier? Four hours a month of edits and small additions on the site we maintain: new text, a page, a price, a form field, a template tweak. Unused hours roll over for one month. Work beyond that is quoted as its own scope, in writing, before it starts.
  • Is there a lock-in? No. Both tiers are month to month and cancel with 30 days notice. Nothing renews silently and no plan is required to get a project quoted or built.
